Customer Service Advisor - Housing

We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our housing developer campaign. This role acts as the first point of contact for both existing and prospective customers, delivering a high-quality customer experience while driving sales through service. You will support customers throughout their journey, from pre-sales enquiries to post-sales support, achieving lead and appointment targets while upholding company standards and service excellence.

Please note, this role is a 12 month fixed term temporary contract starting on 02/03/2026.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries, delivering a high standard of service.
  • Support customers throughout the full journey, from initial enquiry to post-sales resolution.
  • Achieve appointment targets by qualifying customers and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve complaints professionally with empathy and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant CRM records.
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues to support timely resolution.
  • Meet performance and quality standards and engage in ongoing training and development.

Previous Experience:

  • Experience of working within a Sales through Service role
  • Experience of delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
  • Experience of working in a Contact Centre environment essential

Working Hours and Location:

  • Full time – 40 Hours per week
  • Core hours between 09:00-18:00 Monday to Sunday
  • 2 weekend days worked per fortnight
