As an Account Manager at Ventrica, you’ll be at the heart of our strategic partnership with Zendesk. Your mission: to develop, manage, and grow tactical relationships that drive mutual success. You’ll support Zendesk’s opportunities, negotiate and allocate resources, identify gaps, and lead joint initiatives to close deals and deliver value.
This role demands a blend of relationship-building finesse, tactical planning, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll thrive in ambiguity, champion process improvements, and become the go-to expert for Zendesk Account Executives within Ventrica.
