Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Ventrica, you’ll be at the heart of our strategic partnership with Zendesk. Your mission: to develop, manage, and grow tactical relationships that drive mutual success. You’ll support Zendesk’s opportunities, negotiate and allocate resources, identify gaps, and lead joint initiatives to close deals and deliver value.

This role demands a blend of relationship-building finesse, tactical planning, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll thrive in ambiguity, champion process improvements, and become the go-to expert for Zendesk Account Executives within Ventrica.

What You’ll Do;

 Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with Zendesk and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Zendesk AE’s at Ventrica.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the commercial and pre-sales teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive coordination across departments to support and close opportunities.

Strategic Execution

  • Identify resource gaps and propose solutions.
  • Lead joint initiatives that strengthen the Zendesk–Ventrica partnership.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements in a dynamic, evolving environment.

 What You’ll Bring;

  • Experience: Proven background in partnership or account management, ideally within a software or CRM environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to engage stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft long-term plans and navigate complex relationships.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, trust-building, and problem-solving across diverse teams.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms is a plus.
