We are recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors to support our client, a leader in independent retirement living. This is your chance to join a dynamic, fast-growing team where your dedication to service excellence will be truly valued.
Please note, this role is a 4 month fixed term contract.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and care.
- Securing appointments with prospective home buyers who are calling to make enquiries, offering helpful and clear information to guide them through the process.
- Acting as a bold brand ambassador, ensuring that every customer feels heard and valued as the first point of contact for all queries.
- Responding to and resolving customer complaints or issues, demonstrating your passion for delivering resolutions that leave customers satisfied.
- Ensuring that the customer is at the heart of every conversation, fostering long-lasting relationships built on trust and understanding.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to suit each customer and their unique needs.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a deep understanding of the importance of empathy and understanding in each interaction.
- Experience in complaint handling, with the ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues to ensure a seamless service for customers.
- Confidence in IT skills, with the ability to efficiently use systems and software to support customer interactions and record details.
- Boldness in stepping up to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring that customers’ needs are always met.
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive, and a willingness to learn, always striving to improve and grow in the role.
Working Hours & Location:
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts on a 2 week rotational basis
- Week 1: 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday
- Week 2: 09:00-18:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & 10:00-16:00 Sunday
- This role is office based in Southend-On-Sea
